We spent almost $1,600 for transmission work at Romain Buick, within 12k miles the transmission needed to be rebuilt. Come on, do the job right or don't do it at all!!! We went to them because we did not want to get messed over by a transmission shop, but they messed us over.\r \r Their slogan is ""we strive for you to be completed satisfied!!!"" but they did NOT return my call. \r \r How often should someone expect to pay for major transmission work? more
