People tend to desire this middle school in its district due to the high test scores. However, my child received average grades because the kids (and some teachers) were not very nice and it caused a lot of undue stress. Also, large class sizes reduced the ability of teachers to help individual students. Once at high school (Del Mar High) my child did exceptionally well and eventually was admitted into a great college. Given the chance again, I would not have chosen Rolling Hills.
