Thoroughly focused on customer satisfaction and results. 11/25/2015

The troubling and mysterious "clunk" in front end suspension was tirelessly pursued until found and manufacturer's error in a part was replaced to fully resolve. I cannot image a dealer being so conscientious about the cost or the solution. more

Get my car back quickly. 8/13/2015

I really appreciate how they manage to get the parts and repair done quickly so we have our car back without having to resort to rental cars. Their shuttle service is also really helpful. I'm giving 4 stars because it seems expensive but I don't have a basis for comparison. So I'll just say we are always happy with the quality of their work. more

Quick, cordial and professional 7/14/2015

I brought my car in for new tires and an oil change. Rolling Bay got me in and out quickly and had good wifi that allowed me to study and work while I waited. I also liked that they had a book by a local author in their waiting room. more

Prep for long trip 5/29/2015

I took my 1998 truck I for an overall check in preparation for a long drive. The recommendations were basically hoses, fluids and a belt, all of which I knew had been neglected (by me). They did not try to find some major defect. The cost seems reasonable for all the work that was done. more
