I recently purchased a pre-owned car from Kelly Nissan in Beverly. The sales staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They spent a lot of time helping me find a car in my price range that fit the criteria that I was looking for. I never felt rushed and appreciated the variety of pre-owned vehicles that I was able to choose from in my price range. I also got a follow-up call 2 weeks later to see how I liked the car and to also see if I had any questions about it. I highly recommend this dealership. more

Great car buying experience. Got the SUV I wanted & trade in allowance that I expected I did all my homework and went to 2 other dealers before goind to Kelly in Beverly. This is the fifth car the family has bought directly from the salesman Charlie Monterio. He is totally professional and spends time listening to the customer & explaining everything. more

My experience over 30 years has been an honest dealer with good service. Charlie is my salesman and Gladys is my service advisor. I love Nissan as a less expensive car, and I have always been given good advice and fair prices. And when there's a cheaper way to get service done, they will tell us about it. more

When they answer the phone at Kelly Nissan they say ""We make it easy"". And they do! I first walked into the dealership and met Stephen Ashe in Nov 2009. I shopped, and shopped, different makes, different vehicles. I had narrowed it down to two makes of car. I went to Kelly on Saturday Feb. 6, 2010. With NO BS, NO Theatrics, I came away buying the most beautiful Maxima you have ever seen. They gave me an excellent price on the car, more for my trade than anyone else, a totally pleasant experience. My husband and I picked up the car Monday night, it was washed, vacuumed, gassed up and ready to go. Mr. Ashe gave us an indepth tour of the car, and actually made the experience fun. I think a lot of people don't buy new cars because of how they are treated at dealerships. This one is not like that. Everyone was nice to us,even the salesmen we did not work with were congenial and pleasant. We had a great experience, I will recommend this dealership and Stephen Ashe without reservation. more

We had a very good experience buying our 2008 Rogue here. Our salesman, Paul Khun, was very attentive, helpful, responsive, and speedy with all of the running for the car. This dealership had 2 pre-owned Rogues when the ""other guy"" (who will remain nameless but is located in Woburn and rhymes with Buy-RA) told us: ""You can't even find a pre-owned Rogue. We had one in 6 months and it sold in 15 minutes after we posted it on carsdotcom. Ya, we're going to sell 6 of these new Rogues today alone."" So they didn't really need our business but Kelly Nissan in Beverly was very happy to have our business and it showed. more
