This dealership is great. In the past I did not like to service my car at a dealership because the cost far exceeded what I was quoted and there was always something else wrong. Here at Shadyside Honda the service is awesome. My service manager Greg was helpful and my bill is usually right on or less than the quote. They do not nickel and dime you. They did a great job and took time to explain what was done to my vehicle. I am very happy with the service there. more

Marcus has a great personality and makes purchasing a vehicle a comfortable experience. He was down to earth, friendly and answered all questions I had. In the past my husband has always purchased our vehicles and this was the first time I purchased a vehicle on my own. Marcus makes you feel at ease, assisted and gave me options for vehicles I was interested in. He let me drive all of the options and did not try to convince me into buying one over the other. The overall experience of purchasing a vehicle from Marcus was very good! We have purchased several vehicles from Morrows Motors in Beaver Falls and have always been satisfied customers with both our purchases and service received on services for the vehicle during ownership. They are nice people to deal with, fair and reputable. Thanks Marcus!! more

Servicing my vehicle at Shadyside Honda is a pleasure. The work is completed quickly and within the price range quoted. I feel taken care of and over the years I have trusted their judgement on my vehicle's needs. Greg is especially personable and reliable. more

positive experience 6/15/2013

It was a very positive experience. The service advisor (female) kept me informed of what was being done to my car and by when the service would be completed. When I went to pick it up, and offered additional services I declined, and the service advisor was receptive and respectful of my choice. more
