Convenient, honest, and good service. 3/22/2014

Car in for a tune-up, but there were other issues found. Henry was honest about what needed to be completed now, and what could be pushed off for a month or two. That was appreciated as I had not budgeted for nearly 1K in repairs. I will bring the car to them to finish the repairs within the recommended time frame. more

Car Servicing 2/5/2014

It's great knowing that Roggi's will take the time to inspect my car from top to bottom, yet never recommend any work that I simply don't need. I also love that I can get a ride or loaner car if needed. more

My first visit 1/8/2014

This was my first visit and upon entering your service counter, I was immediately impressed. Clean and neat, warm and dry. Another awesome perk is the flat screen monitor of your service garage, which is terrific. more

Outstanding customer service! 12/29/2013

Roggi's helped us out in a pinch. Had brake work done out of state came home to Hartford and my rotar was red hot. Mark knew the problem right away got in me same day and checked the car over and on top of it knew my battery was the original and about to go. My hometown mechanic in Boston never mentioned it and didn't make an effort to rectify the problem. Roggi's is now my go to mechanic- honest trustworthy and great mechanics! more

I do not know a lot about car maintenance. Need someone I can trust. I trust the Roggi's team, their recommendations are clearly presented. I have 5 cars on the road and Roggi's makes me feel I am in good hands more

Purchased 4 tires and the full service that comes with replacing tires. I like the people who work there and the fact that they have new equipment & a clean shop. Confident work is done professionally. more
