I was really disappointment when my husbands engagement ring (simple band with three small stones) has a diamond fall out of it the week of our wedding. We took it to Rogers and Hollands, where we got it, to get it fixed. They said they couldn't possibly have it fixed by our wedding in 5 days. Even more so, that now jeweler could possibly fix it. We took it directly to the next jeweler across the aisle and had it fixed, but have decided Rogers and Hollands is not the place to go at all!! more
