Absolutely FREEZING yesterday and my heat goes out at the end of the day! As a single mother with 3 sons, 2 dogs, fish, plants and love birds to protect it was almost overwhelming after a long day at work and still with pipes to wrap, faucets to drip and plants to bring in! However, after calling Roger Brown Heating & AC I was instantly less stressed! He and his crew arrived after normal working hours and before I knew it the heat was on and all was calm again. Thank you Roger Brown for your prompt service and professionalism - you have acquired a customer for the winters (and summers) to come. My entire family is THANK-FULL and WARM! more

I have used Roger Brown about 10 years now and have always had the BEST results and customer service ever!!!! He has come to my rescue twice now and both times had the issues taken care of immediately. He even came AFTER HOURS to get my heater back up and running. GREAT customer service, quality and cost!!! Kudos to Roger for excellent ac and heating service besides being excellent to deal with. Our ac drain plugged up on a Saturday night (95+ degrees). One message to him resulted in him solving the problem early Sunday morning in Lago Vista. Wow -try that with other companies. A++++++ more

I had an air conditioning system put in by Roger Brown over 15 years ago. He did a great job, we got our rebates and have had virtually zero problems. We are very pleased with his work. \r I would definitely recommend him. more

A nice, likeable fellow. However, he talks a good game, but is short on delivery. He uses ""independent contractors"" to install stuff, and never pulls a permit. Had him install a new home system, and spec'd out new ducts, to specific R rating. Didn't replace the ducts, left many connections unsealed, compressor pad literally blocked up with rocks, etc. When he came back to ""fix it"", still left brand new connections unsealed (nothing like an air-conditioned attic). But the BEST part is he quoted one brand of unit, then installed another.\r \r Stay FAR away. more

We have use Roger for Years!! When our AC at our business was leaking we called Roger again and he was out the same day. When I have customers call about AC repair I always recommend Roger. I have even had him replace my home unit :) more

Quick, Honest, Reliable. My A/C shut down in the heat of July due to a pressure issue with my coolant. A novice HVAC repairman didn't recognize my system had a unique pressure level but when I called Roger he was honest with me that it was a cheap fix, I was prepared to shell out hundreds and be out of A/C for days but Roger camw straight to my house from being out of town and fixed it in minutes. Two thumbs up, I'll never trust my home a/c to anyone else. more

Roger helped out a ton after I purchased my first home. The seller flips home and tries to do it as cheap as possible even if it means cheating the future buyer and that future buyer was me . I bought a two story home in the fall and the previous owner installed a central air unit made for a 1 bed room apartment so once winter and summer rolled around we froze and sweat every night. In one day Roger was able to come assess my home needs, build a custom closet for a bigger A/C unit, install the unit and even re-run old duct that was cheaply done as well . On top of that, the price for practically replacing everything indoors couldn't be beat. Now we have cool summers and cozy winters! THANKS ROGER! more

In 100 degree weather, my air conditioner went out! Roger was there that day and the following day a new air conditioner replaced my 15 year old unit. Three days later, he came by to see how it was doing and changed the filter out following the vents being cleaned. I can't say enough about the professional work he and his crew did. Hope I don't need him soon but if I have a problem-he is the man I will call. more

My Mother & I own and manage several rental properties around town & I'm not sure what we'd do without Roger! Always timely, always professional, we have used him at each and everyone of our properties including our own residences and he is always honest & fair. I have also recommended him to several of my clients & have received nothing but positive feedback - that is crucial in my business! A/C is a must in Texas... but it is difficult to find a reputable company and someone you can trust. Roger has completed the job well every time for us for over 15 years - more

I recently decided to replace the A/C unit in my house and got quotes from 4 different local HVAC companies. Not only was Roger the quickest one to respond and come out to give me a quote, but he was also the best price (for similar equipment) out of the 4 different companies and took the time to go over everything in detail that they would do during the installation. The installation went smoothly and the guys did a great job. All in all a great experience - I would definitely recommend Roger! more
