Roeder Travel

I have hired Roeder Travel a few times, especially for long - involved trips in Europe, where it was essential to tackle multiple destinations and make it all work seamlessly. When I got into an issue in Paris, I called the agency and the owner AND the team worked to resolve it effortlessly for me. I think that in the age of ""everything online"" where the human touch is lacking - booking a trip with experts will save one's time and sanity, and in some cases - money. Everyone at Roeder I've worked with has repeatedly found me the best choices and saved me so much effort and aggravation - I don't know how I'd do it without them. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for anything travel. Pros: Responsive, expert advice, cost effective Cons: wish they did more than book travel :) more

My experience with Roeder travel was quite disappointing. Issues were not done in a timely manor, the work was sloppy and i did not get what i paid for. The owner is pompous, dishonest, condescending, snide, unprofessional and nothing short of worthless in resolving matters. In addition to no customer service, the workers and owner made no apology for totally botching my travel arrangements. I would highly suggest finding another travel agent, or booking your own arrangements because my 5 year old son could do a better job running a business!! If accurate information, timely customer service, prompt response, integrity, and expertise are what you're looking for in a travel agency, steer clear of Roeder Travel. Their excuses for NOT getting things done rival the best novels. Neither the owner nor the agent I dealt with stand behind their work, even when they make mistakes that cost clients money.
