My children were dropped as patients from Dr. Rodriguez office because he didn't want to look at the the notes that the nurse was kind enough to write down for him and rush us out the door. Here is a tip doctor...when a patient comes in you should try to take care of all of the needs they come in to get addressed whether your having a bad day or not. I don't care about whats going on in your life at home or in the office, I care about my kids conditions and if you can't handle life then maybe you should take the day off. Here is another tip for you too...when someone gives you CONSTRUCTIVE criticism about your service take it as a learning experience rather than dropping your patients. What the hell is that about?! Do you do that often or were you just surprised when we said ""Is the doctor coming back because he didn't go over everything that we wrote down on our chart?""...I would not recommend his practice to anyone...period! Not looking over a chart for our situation is not that bad since our kids conditions aren't ""Life Threatening"" (but still serious)....who is to say that he doesn't do this for other parents were their kids do have life threatening conditions...maybe he missed something there because he failed to....wait for it...wait for it...keep waiting it's really hard....READ ALL THE NOTES TO ADDRESS ALL THE ISSUES BEFORE LEAVING THE ROOM!
