Worst

Filthy, filthy, filthy. I work too hard to spend my money in such a dirty place. chicken bones in all the hallways, carpet in room had several stains. I have never seen such a nas...

Filthy, filthy, filthy. I work too hard to spend my money in such a dirty place. chicken bones in all the hallways, carpet in room had several stains. I have never seen such a nasty hotel in my life. Also the in room coffee maker was not there. comment from the gal at the front desk was merely "sorry". No attempt was made to locate one. Front desk personel insisted we didn't have a reservation until my wife produced the confirmation. will never prepay a hotel room again. Most likely wont return to the Shreveport Bossier city area again. more

The hotel rooms at the Isle are dirty 9/19/2005

We stayed overnight twice in the Isle's motel. The first time, it wasn't too clean, but we gave it a second chance. The second time, the carpet in our room was absolutely filthy and had not been vacuumed. There were huge stains on the carpet and the furniture cushions. The table in the sitting area was broken. The room had a stale smell. We won't be staying there again. PROS: Good buffet CONS: Entire hotel in casino building is dirty more

So-So 5/30/2005

We have gone here several times. I just can't be in the place very long. They use LATEX gloves on everything. It's death waiting to happen for me. Plus we are non-smokers and it's hard for us to go there even on the non-smoking floor...it's still disgustingly smoky all over. more

Gambling. Buffet 5/24/2005

I gamble here about once a month and never walk out without winning at least a little something. I guess I know when to stop while I am ahead though also. I am not saying you won't loose because I have lost, but while I am ahead I choose to leave. I prefer Blackjack the most though. They have a good buffet with a large selection of food for everyones taste. more

So So 5/17/2005

My husband and I used 2 comps he recieved to try this. The service wasn't to friendly or helpful to us and they only came to fill our drinks one time. We had to ask someone for another drink eventually. The food I had tasted like it had been reheated several times. Maybe they were just having a bad day because the Isle of Capri in Kansas City is wonderful. more

Great Buffet 5/5/2005

This Casino offers a great all you can eat Buffet as well as lots of gameling ground. It is bigger then you think and you can walk around to different Tables and just watch. The Food at the all you can eat Buffet is tasty. The the Price isn't too bad either. The few times I have gone the Staff was nice and prompt to help you. more
