Rodeway Inn Williamsville

I stayed here for 2 nights and had a great experience. They have a shuttle every half hr to the airport, which was very convenient for me. The hotel foyer was very nice and welcoming. The room was quiet and cozy. The room service was great by the staff, who was friendly and polite. They offer free breakfast in the morning. They have free internet so I was able to get some of my work done as well. There are a few restaurants around the hotel so I didn't have to go too far for my meals. Overall, the hotel is very convenient if you here on business or even leisure, and it's only a couple of miles away from the airport. It's also cheap and worth every penny. And plus I've had great experiences with Rodeway Inn hotels. more

We booked a room here for price, parking, and airport shuttle. Our flight left Buffalo at 7:30am, and our shuttle left on time at 5am. Shuttle driver was friendly, as was the desk staff. The hotel was under renovation, but it wasn't a real issue for us. The only noise came from the teenagers in the next room watching tv. Our room was clean, didn't smell as other reviews mentioned, bathroom was clean, the hot water lasted, and the bed was comfortable. We parked our car there for one week with no problems. It's right off a main road with tons of restaurant options, too. For $90, a clean, restful one-night stay and 7 days of parking, friendly staff, plus the shuttle to and from the airport was a great deal. I would stay here again! more

i was there for two nights with family, fridnely staff memeber guide me very well for shopping and dinnig , have swimming pool to relax very close to air port, excellant service for pick up and drop off from air port, and good breakfast in morning more

Me and my husband stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. We were quite apprehensive after reading the reviews but then decided to give it a try for it was cheaper. We were impressed. The hotel is close to the Buffalo airport (< 4 miles) and they offer complimentary shuttles to the airport every half hr from 4:30am to 12am. The rooms were clean. Our room was next to the ice dispenser so we could hear the noise sometimes, but for us it was not too disturbing. From the airport we took the bus and took the day pass for $4 per person. We visited Niagara for a day. It was a very comfy ride. Overall we had a good experience. The hotel staff were friendly. more

There is no elevator, but we didn't mind taking the stairs. It had larger then normal room size and great indoor pool area. It was very clean and a great value for our money. I highly recommend this motel to other families. more

Hotel is just being taken over by Rodeway Inn. They were changing the sign above the door as I arrived. The manager was very helpful and friendly. Room was quite clean. Bed (a double) was comfortable, room well heated in the cold Buffalo climate. TV channel selection was very good and remote worked well. Wakeup call was on time. Plenty of hot water in shower, but watch out if someone nearby turns on their cold water; the sudden burst of VERY hot water can be dangerous. Continental breakfast was quite good; lots of selection: 4 cereals, 3 juices, bagels, waffles, donuts, toast, fresh coffee. There was also a small microwave in the kitchen. I booked their airport shuttle, and filled out a written form for the return trip. The van arrived only 12 minutes after I call from the arrival's level of Buffalo airport, even though it was snowing heavily. Both drivers (to and from the airport) were friendly and helpful. I cannot understand all the rather negative criticism about this hotel. Considering that they allowed me to park my car at their site for 9 nights, and that their rate was quite reasonable, I was satisfied with my stay. My car was safe when I returned, but needed scraping because of an ice storm. That's Buffalo for you! more

Obviously I found this hotel alot better than other people. It was what I expected. For the price you cant complain. I noticed the rooms were musty and the hotel was old looking but I have stayed at alot worse. The staff were great and friendly. The continental breakfast was Amazing! more

Ok, so the room was little dated decor-wise, it was clean and warm. The bathroom was clean and had fresh towels. I loved that I had a mini-fridge and microwave. The table and chairs were also a nice touch, saving me from having dinner sitting on my bed. The staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. It was defiantly more than I was expecting for the money. more
