The ceiling was high, so my room felt spacious. The pillows were fluffy, and everything was clean. I loved it here. Also, the breakfast was incredible. This is a great place to stay on a business trip. Not so much for a romantic getaway. The people who work there are nice too. more

This Quality Inn was very nice for the price. The room was small, but comfortable and had a good mattress. Bathroom was clean and had nice towels. Table and chairs fit in room easily, unlike at other Inns. The eating area was very pleasant with nice selection of food, including sausage & eggs and fresh fruit. The nicely landscaped pool. more

While I typically stay at the Red Roof Inn in South Deerfield when heading to either Berkshire East or Eaglebrook School for ski races, they were totally booked. The Quality Inn is quite convenient as well. Literally right off the highway. Easy check-in, clean room, the flat screen was nice more

I usually don't choose this category of hotel for fear of getting a super soft mattress and a dirty rug. I was only going to be in the room for 7 hours or so to catch up on some sleep from driving so long. I told the person at the front desk I had only two requirements for this particular stay. I wanted a clean room and a firm mattress.... that's it. The attendant gave me the keys to the room, and I crashed. The room was just as I requested and was well worth the money. more

This hotel was decent for the price. It was clean and at a great location. This is a pet friendly hotel, and it was great that we had a patio door that we could enter and leave (very helpful with a dog). The front desk was very friendly. It was a great stay. more

Knowing this place for years I was wonderfully surprised that the Inn seems to have changed hands. The HoJo resturant is now an Applebee's and the Howard Johnson Hotel is now The Greenfield Inn. New beds pillows plus plus plus. Great pool too. more

I was completely satisfied with this hotel service!! The desk ladies were some of the nicest girls i have ever met. they were also helpful with directing me around town. The rooms were very clean, i would stay here again anytime!!!!! more

What a wonderful place. So charming. Great location, right off I91. An Applebees right next door and a host of other restaraunts and stores within walking distance. The rooms were big and clean. All of them had sliding doors with great views. And the staff at the front desk is all attractive, polite and helpful young ladies eager to assist in any way possible. A free continental breakfast every morning and wireless internet in all the rooms. The Hotel manager was polite and insaneley well dressed and assisted me and my wife with finding all the best tourist locations. I look forward to staying here again soon. I already made a reservation for 2 months from now for the fall foliage with the help of the loveley Sasha. Great place! more

This hotel was well worth the money. I paid only $79 for a room with wireless internet, coffee maker, and a great pool view. I had stayed here before, but since my last stay, there have been major improvments. My son realy enjoyed the breakfast. more
