I love this place. It is so good to eat there. The food is inexpensive and there is great food. I love eating there. The best part is how the whole place shakes with the waves and how it all leans to one side. It is crazy, but there are great views and great times. more

Rod and Reel pier is truely a taste of old Florida. The atmosphere is not plush or fancy but that is the true charm. You actually are eating seafood which could very well be caught at the actual pier itself. Its so nice to eat a freach fish sandwich prepared just like you like and a beverage for under $10.00 not to mention the lovely views of the Sunshine Skyway bridge. The fishermen fishing off the pier also add to the atmosphere .I dont think anyone could be dissappointed with this tropical combination of good food and scenery . more
