The store opened up in November of 1976 by my grandfather, Graziano Cecchini. He built the shop up from the ground, and taught his eldest son, Roy Cecchini(my father) the art of butchery. While the times have changed our dedication to keeping the customer happy has not. We take our time to deliver the quality people deserve. From our home made sausages to hand cut game meat we guarantee the finest service and quality. We hold Barbecue's outside the store every friday where we make smoked ribs and tri-tip.
