Wow 6/22/2013

I have been going the RMRC for about 2 months now and just getting better. After 7 treatments (about 3 weeks) my neck pain was gone and I felt normal again with no pain. I keep going for preventative measures and recommend you call for your first appointment towards better health and life. Thank you Shelia for everything. more

I have a chronic disease that was causing a lot of pain, I don't like taking pain pills so I called Rocky Mountain Roots. Sheila is amazing and very knowledgeable in accupuncture and massage. I am out of pain and feel amazing check her out I highly recommend her. more

Neck Issues 3/25/2013

Received message & acupunture therapy for nerve issues in neck which has relieved spasms and I now have full range of neck movement. I highly recommend this to anyone with similiar issues who needs relief and great treatment services. Thank you very much more

Very pleasant 9/27/2012

I have known Sheila since 2003, as my instructor for massage. I have been dealing with some health issues since a mis-diagnosis in 2007, and decided to talk to her about assisting me in treating the issues. The visit was very good, and the treatment has started the process of healing. I look forward to continuing the treatments, and am glad that Sheila is the one I will see. more

My wife and daughter are acupuncture fans. They both were insistent I try it. Sheila was very good at making me feel at ease and I was amazed how good I felt the days folllowing the first treatment. My energy level went up considerably. more

Best Acupuncture Around 5/23/2012

Sheila is top notch. She offers traditional Chinese medicine treatments and massage (I am having acupuncture treatments). I was kind of wary of acupuncture but it's breaking up my scar tissue really well (whereas massage and ultrasound by my physical therapist did not) and Sheila is really accommodating in making sure the needle insertion and extraction are as painless as possible. more
