Not recommend 3/1/2020

Basically ruined my Alico summit boots sanded the out sole to far, poor stitching job came apart. Failed resole job, sloppy work sad to say, trying to repair with silicon and toe protector. Used these boots every day. more

I don't think in my entire life I have ever been treated so rudely. I like supporting local business but I will never go back there or ever recommend it to anyone. more

I'm Delighted! 6/17/2019

I've seen the other reviews here and don't get it. My Asolo boots had the original soles delaminate after 8 years of constant use. No surprise. I sent them in to Rocky Mountain resole. When I got them back (about 3 weeks) they were absolutely better than when I bought them! I'm not kidding! If I knew the soles could look like this, I would have sent them in to them when I bought them to have these soles put on. The work is perfect. I would use this company again in a heartbeat and recommend them to anyone. more

Delaminated resole after 2 days 9/12/2017

Delamination started after 2 days. By 5th day it was evident a complete failure was imminent. 8th day there were very large gaps between leather and rubber. Do not waste your money with Rocky Mountain Resole. They to go straight to the manufacturer. more

Very rude and not on time 4/18/2015

Promise work turn around in 10 working days. It took them twice that time. Emailed asking them for update but they never replied. Called them and they said the repaired boots were "in the mail". We finally received the boots. The work was done right but was not received in the promised time period and they were very rude when questioned about it. Will look somewhere else next time. more

Do not recommend 1/28/2015

I found this "business" to be inefficient, expensive, and very rude. I will not use them again and do not recommend them. more
