Not Happy 4/13/2011

I have travertine floors and they had a crack and a lot of little holes. The work they did was nice and the workers were really friendly...however, within 3 months the floors starting looking really bad again. I called and they came to look and told me 'they don't look so bad' (even though I had a few different opinions, all saying what I thought which was that they looked bad!). They said they could fix them for a fee, or they could provide me with the epoxy to fix them myself, which they never did... so long story short, they'll take your money up front but won't stand by the work! more

I had Kent from Rocky Mountain Insulation come out and explain what air sealing would do for us. We had several companies try to explain. He offered the most logical explanation of what it did and why it was necessary. I had them do the air seal and add insulation on top off my existing. Not only is my house warmer, but there is considerably less dust moving through-out my house. I applaud Rocky mountain Insulation for a job well done! more

Very honest 12/18/2010

I had one of their consultants come out to evaluate my situation. Not only did they show me how they would fix it, they showed how the others proposed fixes would fail. Rocky Mountain Insulation's cure was cheaper also. The work was completed and the room is considerably more comfortable. Thank you for an honest answer in these days of make a quick buck. ~K more
