DO NOT GO TO DR PULSIPHER. HE WILL DO SERVICES YOU DONT NEED AND CHARGE YOU THAT AND MORE. I came to Dr. Pulsipher for a root canal to see if he could save my tooth. He didn't say one word to me when he came in. Worked on my root canal for 20 min and I was done. I had tons of pain for a good 4 days even with the pain medicine. I went to get a cap put on at my dentist the next week and when he took the temporary off(put on by Dr. Pulsipher) he told me there was a huge fracture in my tooth and that it is un savable. He also told me I should have never gotten a root canal and that the endodontist should have seen that when he did my root canal in he x-ray alone. Now I have to get an implant and got a root canal for no reason. My dentist was very honest and helpful(Dr. Jackson in Pleasant Grove). He wrote up a letter and took pictures for me to take to Dr. Pulsipher and even tried calling him while I was there. Well Dr. Pulsipher wouldn't return his calls so I decided to go talk to him. I went to his office and tried to have an adult conversation and just ask him questions about why he performed the root canal. Well the second he walked in I was being attacked. Everything I said to him he immediately got on the defense. He talked down to me the whole time. I asked him for a full refund and he offered the $350 I paid out of pocket. Well my insurance was charged $580 for a service I didn't need so I asked why he wouldn't refund the whole because I now have to pay for an implant thats $2000. He said,"well then I just won't refund you anything then" in a super snarky voice. Also on my bill I pointed out that I was charged $65 for a consultation and that he didn't even talk to me when I got my root canal and he said,"oh I charge all my clients that". So he just throws that $65 dollars extra for not even talking to you? Seems weird to me. All I'm going to say is I tried to handle the situation like a mature adult and he came in on full attack. He was super rude and handled the situation terribly. I wouldn't recommend him more

I recommend you get a consultation and dental work done anywhere else but from Dr. Pulsipher (Dr. Lucifer is what I call him). His business is Rocky Mountain Endodontics. He has no empathy, is very inconsiderate and imprecise. The lady at the front desk bragged about getting two APICOECTOMYs at the same time; she said the surgery was not bad at all. NOT true! This was the worst dental experience of my life! I had to get an APICOECTOMY, which in my experience was like being operated on by a car mechanic. I asked the doctor if I had an infection and all he said was yes. Hello??!? No explanation for anything he was doing and why. I was in so much pain I couldn’t chew or do anything for a week! I had to keep ice on my face 24/7. They told me not to look at the massacre but I knew something was wrong, so I looked. I called two days after my surgery to see if I could get my stitches redone and the lady at the front desk was so rude and unprofessional. The doctor pulled my gum over too far and forgot to sew it up correctly. I had a huge piece of tissue flapping around getting infected. Now my gum is out of alignment. It’s like plastic surgery gone wrong. He didn’t say he was sorry or admit he did anything wrong! I have a high tolerance for pain but this dentist kicked my ass in a one legged ass-kicking contest for 2 months! Plus it cost $1500. more
