I am a regular customer of Rocky Mountain Coin and find the previous review of the customer claiming horrendous service unbelievable. Sounds to me like a jealous competitor. I know the owner (Klaus Degler) personally and have always found him and his employees being respectful, honest and knowledgeable professionals. The claim of the disgruntled customer that they are not members of the BBB is totally false. Not only are they members, but have received the BBB Gold Star Award. The company is on Tom Martinos recommended list and just recently received by independent survey The FIVE STAR: 2009 Best in client satisfaction award. (As seen in 5280 & Colorado Biz magazines Sept. issues) And that's THE TRUTH. Highly recommend! more

These folks have an indoor archery 5/31/2012

These folks have an indoor archery range but I don't know anything about it except it's there. But it does seem like every time I go to the store someone is coming or going with a bow case. So I guess it must be popular. more

Good selection 5/15/2012

One neat thing about this place is that all the long guns are on a wall and can be picked up and handled (by adults, i.e. 18 and older). That's pretty rare. Good selection of both long guns and hand guns. They will special order some stuff. Ask for Bill if you want some help from someone who knows his stuff and has the authority to make decisions. I have consigned some guns there and had good luck- again, dealing with Bill. the other men on the staff are nice. The women who run the cash registers are real nice. more

they have a lot great merchandise, and they seem to want to sell it. I would go to them any day though over the other stores for the reason that they have what ever you need. more

they are really customer friendly. they are not afraid to explain and to show their products to you to make sure they will work before you take them home or to recommend what they like to use. for example when loading shells. have told our friends & neighbors about this store. more

Very helpful staff and friendly atmosphere. The staff is also very knowledgeable about hunting regulations and guns. If they do not know the answer they find out. Great lay-a-way plans....great experience. more
