Aside from a $200.00 out the door bill for a minor fix of a laptop and a diagnosis for a desktop, the experience was excellent. The turnaround time was about 2 days which is very quick in the computer repair world. I would highly recommend this business. Pros: Friendly, Knowledgable and Professional Cons: Cost more
