I was diagnosed 2 weeks ago with walking pneumonia. I had been into the office for a follow up because I had not gotten better with the medications. The night of my follow-up, my fever spiked rather high, and I had to wait over the weekend to be able to contact a physician. I have had this high fever for almost 4 days, and I attempted to contact them this morning. The receptionist who took my message was very short with me, very ""huffy"", and told me, ""you know its gonna get worse before you feel better, right"". I don't think that was very professional. I am still waiting to recieve a call, and am afraid that my message will not be given to my doctor. the office closes shortly. If my temperature doesn't subside, my boyfriend has been threatening to take me to the ER. If this is the case, and I have to pay a large hospital bill, there will be issues. I am now going to attempt to contact them one more time. Wish me luck!
Pros: nurses are kind, and most of the doctors are friendly
Cons: HORRIBLE office staff
