While some of the plants are a bit more expensive than some of the other garden places, the quality is reliable, the staff is knowledgeable and they have a great variety. The staff at Rockledge Gardens never ceases to impress me. They are far more knowledgeable than your standard mass retailer. They know THIS area, so they are easily able to tell you what works well HERE, rather than what they were taught in some generic training program. They are friendly as well. There's a wonderful selection, and I have found their prices to be equal or less than other places locally. The plants are definitely healthier than what you would buy at a mass retailer. I love the cute little red wagons they provide for shopping, and the paths are nice, it's a very relaxing place to shop. The only real downfall about this place is the parking, there's not very much, and you need to be careful since it's RIGHT off of US 1. more
