This is an email I sent to G. Shashoua the co-owner of Rockland M&M Movers which moved my family and I cross country in late April and was the second such move performed by this company in the last three years, the first being from New York to Florida and this last move from Florida to Chicago.
G Shashoua,
My name is Jay Trepp and I would like to thank you first for guiding my family and I through the tedious process called moving, when we first moved to Florida, you were kind enough to spend countless hours on the telephone with my wife kim touching on each and every concern we had collectively regarding moving our family. The contents of our home consists of countless family heirlooms, antiques collected by great great grandfathers, grandmothers, aunts, uncles etc. Your movers treated every item as if they were their own and with such delicate items, our biggest concern was the safe trasportation. the gentlemen that you set up for our move came to our home, crated several items which in itself was a monstrous task, and packed the rest of the household up with meticulous care ensuring that nothing would be damaged. When the items arrived in California, we knew that we had found a lifelong moving company for not only ourselves, but for each family, friend and neighbor that we knew were moving and have since sent countless customers your way to show our appreciation. for this second move, although smaller than the first, your crew handled our items the way we were sure they would. This email is just a token of our appreciation to you, your friendly staff and most of all, Alex, Abe, and Steve, the men who made certain that our keepsakes will be with our family for a lifetime. If there is anything you need from us including a referal, please do not hesitate to call on us.
Warmest regards,
Jay, Kim and Scotty Trepp
