It's not enough to have a charming, old historic bed and breakfast for a relaxing B&B experience, you need to add the class of the two owners who provide a rare feel of customer service. From when you walk through the door, no matter how late in the night, John and Ricardo have begun to introduce you to the house that they consider your temporary home. They will even honor your request to eat breakfast at a slighty later time without the company of anyone else! The extras that are absent in any other five star hotel or lodging include gourmet teas, cookies and fresh fruit, Enya in the background, gourmet breakfast, a spa-like bathroom, and a genuine care for your enjoyment. My husband and I relaxed in the den-like room on the third floor reading a book, enjoying snacks and sipping chamomile tea. The attention and friendliness has my husband and I already planning our next trip not to Louisville, but to Rocking Horse Manor B&B. \r
This is the best prescription for any vacation type!
Pros: John & Ricardo, the yummy breakfast, the history, the serenity
