The people who work here really do care and they honestly do want you to have a great experience each time you visit them. The chefs all try their hardest to cook to perfection and the servers want you to sit down, relax, enjoy yourself and your food. Lester has his entire heart in this resturaunt, and it shows in every dish they serve. The resturaunt is very clean (coming from behind the scenes). This is the best food this side of the lake. The biggest flaw of this area since i moved from St. Bernard after Katrina was couldn't find good eating. Until we found Lester. He is a genuis, always has been. His Delacroix sauce is like nothing you've every eaten. Has the Best raw and grilled oysters around. By far the best po-boys and spinach dip. Everything is great. Ponchatoula hasn't had a better use for their strawberries ever. We'd eat here everyday if we could. Pros: Food and service great Cons: don't deliver (I could eat everyday) more
