Here at Rock Springs Tire we value are customers and family. First I want to send out a very heartfelt apology to all are customers for the negative feed back that has been posted on this sit. this was done in poor taste by a family member and his wife who own their own Tire store (BJ'S Tire) in Rossville Ga if you happen to look at their page you will see the same people on the very same day posted positive feed back for them. These people are the rudest crooks I have ever came in contact with. I do not recommend you go here. Horrible experience. Went a few miles up the road and was treated like royalty by the good people at B.J's Tire in Ft. O. I do highly recommend you try BJ's. Rock Springs had the rudest workers and they spent more time on their phones and couldn't even answer a few simple questions for my dad. We will never go back there, if I have another blow out in front of that place I will call a wrecker before I deal with them. more

I did a lot of research before buying my tires and obtained a lot of quotes (Sears, Costco, NTB, etc). Rock Springs Tire had the best price by far. I was a little scared to do business with them because I read some bad online reviews. However, I went with them because they beat all the price quotes I had obtained by over $200 and more.
