Best Sushi Joint Around 12/8/2006

I love sushi, Japanese food and good tea. This place has it all! the sushi is better then any other place that i have been in portland/beaverton/hillsboro. They present the sushi beautifully with great style, the fish is always fresh and the wasabi is really good. If you are not into sushi, you HAVE to try the salmon teriyaki. OMG then best! To top things off the tea is always hot and tasty. The staff is awesome! One of the only places I have gotten sushi and ""felt"" like part of the family. Give it a shot you will not be disappointed! Pros: Fast service and the best sushi around Cons: can be cold by the windows more

Best Sushi in Portland 8/20/2006

I have a new favorite restaurant! I highly recommend this place for a number of reasons. First of all, the service is fantastic (which I find is often lacking at some of my usual sushi haunts). Secondly, the presentation is exceptional. We were blown away by how fantastic everything looked. \r \r Finally, it's just the best sushi in town! more

Absolutely my best sushi experience in Portland. The restaurant is very clean and decorated nicely. I can't say enough about the friendly and attentive service, they gave us enough space but made sure we were taken care of all evening. The best part is the sushi though, it was fresh, with large portions and several extraordinary rolls on the menu if you like rolls. The restaurant also has a nice bar and the happy hour menu is the best deal in town. You gotta try it once... I did and now I'll be back again and again. Pros: service, ambience, sushi Cons: could drive by it if not looking more
