This place has a bunch of sad jokes on the wall whose subtext is that it's cool to be an alcoholic. But the whiskey sliders are amazing, and if you're lucky you'll be facing a TV playing something more interesting than football. more

Surprisingly, one of the best burgers I've had in LA, along with a few other great menu selections. Spicy Mac n cheese with broccoli, and Irish nachos are other favorites. Much better than your average bar food. Drink selection leaves a bit to be desired for me, but is thematically strong. Waitresses are foxy. You could do a lot worse for a drink and a bite. more

Place was OK 3/20/2012

the service was good, waiter and and bar people were slow , place wasn't even busy, my sadwich was good, and super greasy, food is pretty much like Dukes next door, I will give it another try next week. more

I recommend the mushroom sandwich 11/22/2011

I went there twice for lunch so far and loved the shroom cheese sandwich, it's tasty. The burger is good too with a high quality bun. And of course since it's an Irish pub some Guinness goes well with the atmosphere. The service is terrific and since it's a new place all the furniture looks awesome. All of this has a price, it's kind of expensive but that's normal for this location. It's worth a try! more

Best New Bar in L.A.!! 11/14/2011

The best bar I've been to in L.A.. Great people, great food, every kind of beer I could think of. Every sports game, and beautiful women, what more can you ask for? Even though it gets sceney (I saw Jeremy Piven, Nicole Richie and some other celebs here), it still feels like a neighborhood bar -- even the ice-road truckers were hanging out -- you can't beat that! BEST BAR IN L.A., HANDS DOWN!!! more
