I purchased a used 2008 Honda here in 2009 and was promised tires for the life of the car. We were told by the salesperson and sales manager multiple times while they were ""closing"" the deal. This was the deciding factor on buying the car from them rather then the Honda dealership. Recently we asked how low the tire tread had to be to get new tires. They said we don't qualify for tires, it's not in the computer. So we checked all our paperwork @ home and nothing there either. I know, shame on us for not making sure they documented what they promised. But with the excitement of buying the car we didn't even think to check. I have since reached out to the dealership numerous times. The service manager, a customer service rep, the assistant sales manager & the sales manager. I have placed 1 email and 5 calls over the last 2 months, with everyone always telling me they would look into it and get back to me. Not one person has called me back! I have since heard that I am not the only person they promised tires to and conveniently left it off the paperwork. I am very happy with my car and have had all the maintenance done here w/ no problems. I just wish they would stick by their word, at the very least return a phone call with some sort of resolution!
