Not being able to visit our horse much this summer was a big mistake. When we found her in a terrible state-thin, covered in rainrot, and dehydrated, we were told she probably had stomach ulcers. The truth is, as soon as we moved her, she had no trouble with any of her food. It's an awful thing having to be nice to people that essentially abuse animals. Our fear was that they might treat her even worse before we could get her moved. In addition we had several new lead ropes, halters and other items 'go missing'. It's just a poorly run cowboy barn where people like to sit around and 'jaw' with each other more than they like to look after the animals in their care. The 325.00 a month boarding charge is laughable. Don't place your horse at risk. And if you cancel your lease, make sure you visit every single day or they will avoid caring for your animal just to save a buck!
Cons: Dirty, garbage everywhere, lazy staff, lots of theft
