Rock Bottom Brewery - San Diego

When I worked at the nearby mall, my co-workers and I would often visit Rock Bottom for a good, southern comfort food lunch. I'm not a drinker, but there is a gigantic bar for people that are and it looked like all the bar occupants were having a good time watching the game on the huge TVs. I receomend the Macaroni and Cheese dish, seriously the best I've ever had! Kinda tasted like it was made with alfredo sauce, too. My coworkers said that Rock Bottom turns part of it's dining room into a dance floor at night or on weekends, and almost becomes a club! There were alot of colored lights in the ceiling and a DJ booth as well as a nice speaker set up. Supposedly, it's more of the geeky military crowd that comes to the Rock Bottom Club at night. They are definatley all about the beer at this place! more

If you like beer with your food, you will like this place. This restaurant has so many varieties of beer that you will feel like you are in beer heaven. they always have happy hour too so it is pretty easy to go there all the time and not get broke. The food that they make comes pretty fast and is pretty good. The service is excellent. They are always nice and courteous there. There are a few of this chain restaurants all over town. more

This place rocks with some cool music & couple of pool tables to chill out. I like the lengthy bar which gives space for every one to squeeze in & occupy a seat. There are a variety of drinks on offering including the day’s special drink. The food is also ok if you are hungry. more
