Fast and Friendly customer service... 7/8/2008

I take my car to this location each time I need an oil change or work done on my tires. You can usually get in and out in under 45 minutes for an oil change with no appointment needed. I've had help selecting tires for my car and the staff are knowledgeable regarding the products they sell, without pressure to splurge on un needed items, and the maintenance support they provide is awesome. Their prices are competitive and they have a convienent location in downtown Rochester. more

The Best In Town!!! 6/16/2006

You couldn't ask for better service or more honest guys. The owner Ken is the best, the managers are great they even tell you when you don't need a service. I went in for an oil change, tire rotation and new brakes and thye told me that I wasn't due for a tire rotation. That has never happened at the dealership. Our family have been loyal customers for years. PROS: Too many to name CONS: Can't think of any more

My GM/Ford car(s) have been serviced or repaired here for over 14 years. They've taken care of my son's '66 TBird as well. The mechanics take pride in their work and owner, Ken and Manager, John take pride in their customer's satisfaction. They tell it like it is and offer the best price around. \r \r I've found them all to be honest and rely on them for advise to resolve any service needs. Have referred my dad, son, neighbors and friends. I encourage you to experience the difference. PROS: Fast, Friendly and Fair CONS: Don't know of any. more

convenient and fast car repair 11/25/2005

I have had several car repairs and a new set of tires at this store. Each of my transactions have been very good. They are courteous and have prices that match their competition. Being only 2 miles from my house is another benefit. If you live near them, I encourage you to check them out. PROS: convenient, courteous, fast CONS: busy on saturdays more
