The Perinton club is a pleasant place to workout. The trainers are excellent and friendly. I feel I have friends there and having been to other clubs have never felt that way before. more

I really enjoy being a member of the club. I enjoy taking zumba with Emily and any class that Beth teaches in Pittsford. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service I receive at the club more

what I like about the gym is (a) the great classes with such excellent instructors, and (b) the great price. more

motivating 2/25/2010

Motivating. It's hard to get yourself to exercise when you work, take care of your family and have aging parents that also need your time. I force myself to go right from work, no stops on the way. I am always so glad that I went. more
