Roche security systems & doors was great! The locksmith changed my locks and re-keyed some others. He was fast, knowledgeable AND even showed me how locks and re-keying works! What a guy! He was in and out in a couple of hours and did a fantastic job. Definitely would recommend to anyone. more

My door knob fell off. I didn't have a clue what needed to be done so I called Roche Security systems & door. The locksmith who came explained exactly what he was about to do and what it will cost. He fixed my door knob in a couple of minutes and charged me very reasonable. Great job more

My son and I went for a walk in the park, when we got back home we realised that we didn't have our keys. My friend called Roche security systems & doors. The locksmith came faster than I expected and he opened the door so quickly. I thank him for his services. more

My first choice! 6/5/2011

I have a young child and, after arriving back from the airport in a taxi, we found we couldn't get into the house. I called Roche security systems & doors and they arrived just over half an hour later - even though it was after midnight. They were brilliant, and I can't praise them enough. If anyone asks me who to choose, my first choice would always be Roche security systems & doors. more

I needed help, my front door won't open. My neighbour next door called Roche security for me, she said that they would be at my place in the next 15 minutes. Sure enough the locksmith was here in 15 minutes. He was very friendly and he worked very fast to open my door. In a short time my door was open and I was very pleased . more

Outstanding service. 5/19/2011

Me and my wife were out one night had dinner then caught a movie. around 11:00 p.m we realized my keys were in the car. we called the police station non-emergency to ask for help. they immediately told us to call lock-doc and let me be the first to tell you they are a life saver, very professional.when they said 20 minutes that was exactly what they meant. five stars gentlemen. #1 in customer service you have my vote. more

Helping Me 5/16/2011

After a long day, I got home only to realise that I forgot my keys at the office, which is about 1 hour and 30 minutes away. I was so fustrated I couldn't even think straight. I called Roche Security Systems and Door. The dispatcher was so calm and pleasent I immediately changed my mood, he insisted that he will have a locksmith to me as soon as possible. In fifteen minutes a locksmith was at my door getting me in. Thanks a million guys. more

Great prices 5/6/2011

I locked my keys in my car while shopping. What's worse is that I left my cell phone in the car as well. After trying all the door handles hoping that they would magically be unlocked, and getting no help from a cop on a motorcycle, I decided to take the bus home. I called the number, and the guy on the phone said they would be there in 30 min. Had my sister drive me back to my car and waited. Exactly 30 min from my original call, Five minutes later, my door is open and I have my keys. He got a tip for doing a great job. more

I went out with my parents the other night to a broadway show and i was on my way home when i realized i had lost my keys. I gave Roche security systems & doors a call and they had a locksmith at my place. The guy was nice and professional. more

He is prompt, always has a smile, courteous, honest, great service fees and knows how to help you solve the problem. If you need a good locksmith call Roche security systems & doors. I wish we had more service men like him. It would make life so much easier!!! more

When You Need Them! 2/14/2011

I called them at 4pm for a 5pm appointment. Much to my surprise, they showed up early! The locksmith is wonderful. He was patient, thorough, and clearly explained the options. He was done quickly, and their prices are very reasonable. They are a great company, with fantastic service. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND their services. more

I can trust them 2/5/2011

I needed some copies of keys(and keyless fobs) for both of our vehicles (a Ford and a Honda) and I had called around and emailed some people trying to see who could do it for us. They emailed me back right away and really tried to help. Their prices were also a lot cheaper than the other quotes I had been given at other places. They were so nice to me and my kids while we were waiting for the keys to be made. They were personable and I felt so comfortable with them, like they were "family". It is such a breath of fresh air to deal with a business that doesn't treat you like "just business". I will definitely keep them in my phone list to call if I ever need a locksmith again. I really feel like I can trust them and that they would do right by me. more

Roche Saved the day! 1/18/2011

My key broke inside my ignition in a Toyota Camry and I was unable to fix it myself. (Never try to fix it yourself!) I called Roche security systems & doors and they came after 20 min, extract the key from the ignition lock and cut a new set of keys with no problems. It was fast and easy and he didn’t charge me a fortune !!! I would recommend Roche security systems & doors to all... Thanks! more
