Contract is up in Oct. During the past week when temps where at record low, I noticed my oil tank was nearly empty. I called Robison to see if my delivery was scheduled since it was due time and was told my account was on credit hold and I could not receive delivery, I asked the rep when was my payment due, since Feb is a short month and last fill up was at end of January, and the rep answer YESTERDAY.
So I am one day later, YES, ONED DAY LATE and this company will not deliver unless I talked to their credit people. I had a check that was about to mail, but could not take the chance with this record cold weather, so I conducted the payment over the phone and they scheduled me for next day delivery. I refused to talk to a credit person because there was no need. What I learned is that this company will leave you out in the cold without regards. So after this year is up ( m second with this company ) I will not renew with them -- on principle.
