Robinson Rental Properties

Awful rental property. They show the apartment unexpectedly, they just knock on your door asking if they can show the place. The windows are terrible, the paint is chipping and the insulation is coming out. The heating unit is a joke doesn't even warm up the house one bit, you're better off using space heaters. The office staff is very rude and disrespectful. When they mow the grass they spit grass all over your car. They can't keep people employed, we've only been here 9 months and there has been 3 different office ladies. They ran a cherry-picker right outside the bedroom window for months, it was extremely loud and made the whole apartment smell like gasoline, not to mention they were doing this at 7 in the morning. The cost of rent for this place is not worth putting up with these people. Avoid this place!! more

Agreed 100%. The apartment they rented to us had only radiator heating, which they never turned on, and no a/c, with windows that were painted shut. We had to fight for six months to get our deposit back after we cleaned the apartment from top to bottom. They were always rude to us when we would contact them, and would show up to show the apartment all the time without knocking or calling ahead.. And this happened several times when we were getting ready or sleeping, and had to stand around in the bedroom awkwardly while they showed the apartment. Maintenance is a joke -- there were holes in the walls, a leaking roof, and pieces of the house falling apart the entire time we lived there. They ""patched"" the roof at least twice, but it still dripped into the entry the entire time we lived there. Take the advice of the first commenter and myself.. Don't even give them a second look. I rented through Robinson Rental Property.... they are very shady..... I had several friends who rented through them..... they walk into your apartment unannounced to show it to new rental clients... the maintenance man is no where to be found...... the office staff is rude and if you have a descripacy they never let you speak with the owner....they lie about everything..... and they will not give you your deposit back if you have a tiny spot anywhere in the apartment. They are the most terrible rental property ever and if you want garbage of an apartment they have them..... they are liars and the most unexperienced and unprofessional people ever... I would never recommend them to anyone...take my word......don't get into this mess with them......they are terrible people more
