Dr Robinson is an excellent Doctor. You will not, I repeat you will not find a better care anywhere else. I adore her very much, she is detailed and build a strong relationship with her patients. For those who commented on her office staff, mind you she is not a manager, she is a doctor. She has excellent staffs currently, Megan and Patty. Both of them are equally professional and caring. She helped me deliver my baby girl 2 years ago, and im currently under her care for difficult 2nd pregnancy. Thank you Dr Robinson. You are indeed the best! more

I would highly recommend Dr. Robinson. She took good care of the complication in my pregnancy and helped me deliver a healthy boy 17 years ago when I was 43. Since then, I have been going to her for annual checkup. She is always very caring and detailed. Her current nurse and receptionist are courteous and helpful. Dr. Robinson is an excellent and caring physician. more

I have been going to Dr. Robinson for 16 years. When I saw a poor review, I knew that I must comment. She has currently had some office staff changes so, that is why ""olgasrs"" may have had difficulty. That being said, Dr. Robinson is knowledgable and genuinely a caring person. She is so devoted to her patients and you will not get better care elsewhere. She was wonderful through my pregnancy and extremely thorough in making sure I delivered a healthy baby girl at age 40! I have gone to many different doctors throughout my life and she is my favorite! more

Dr. Robinson and her nurse Roxy are both amazing and I've never had any issues with her staff. I had a complicated pregnancy and I was so happy to be in good hands. more

Dr.Robinson is very caring and talented. She is a 5 - Her staff is a 1. That is why I give this office a 3 average. I just stopped going to her because the staff can't get anything straight. When that comes to an important refill it makes a difference. It's too bad Dr. Robinson can't hire the right people. more

Terrible staff!!! Insensitive, unprofessional, ignorant, lazy people working in that office! They provide false information, they take guesses at answers for very serious questions, they don?t properly prepare their patients for procedures. Dr. Robinson REFUSES to communicate with patients (no phone calls, no email) unless they schedule official appointments and speak to her in-person because that?s the only way she can profit from them -- so you?re left to deal with her incompetent staff who don?t seem to know ANYTHING and can?t help you at all! She?d rather make a buck and send frustrated people away to other doctors than establish trusting, lifetime patients. Although the first pregnancy was complicated and involved bedrest, and early delivery, having Dr. Robinson on the job gave us peace of mind. She stayed in constant contact with us and told us just what to expect. She's very hands on and answers all questions without hesitation. She's a caring professional who's dedicated to the well being of her patients. When it came time to have our 2nd child, it was no question as to who the doctor would be. Dr. Robinson is great - when the staff schedules you correctly to see her. I've had my chart go missing, an appointment not written down on their schedule (then I was reprimanded for showing up), my calls hung up on when I call into make an appointment. An overall painful experience with the staff. The only reason why I continue to go this practice is that Dr. Robinson herself is extremely talented, kind and takes the time to talk with you one on one to answer all your questions. I have seen 3 doctors at 2 regional women's practices and found that the big practices are not able to cater to the health needs of the individual patient as well as a smaller practice can. I trust and appreciate the health care of Dr. Robinson. She is very knowledgeable and provides factual information which I find extremely reassuring. She communicates in clear terms and her staff are available to quickly respond to my requests. I have and will continue to reccommend Dr. Robinson to others. Pros: No waiting, great staff. Cons: While it is a great hospital, she is only available to deliver babies at Saddleback. more

Dr. Ming Robinson assisted me through 2 complicated pregnancies with medical conditions that lead to premature deliveries. She is extremely thorough, explaining the condition in detail, monitoring the situation closely both times through weeks of mandatory bedrest and hospitalization. She went over the risks and benefits of each decision multiple times, explained medication, doses and timing over and over because I was in such a fog (from the meds) that is was hard for me to concentrate and make each decision. All the while she was caring and cautious. I love her and highly recommend her services. My boys are doing great!! Pros: Small practice, so most times doctor will deliver baby herself-even on her off days! Cons: Leave extra time before appointments for parking and elevator. more

Dr. Robinson was warm, informative, and very caring. She explained each step, got us through some difficult times and also guided us to our first child. We are very pleased with her care. Whoever wrote that poor review must be one of those difficult people that nobody can please because Dr. Robinson is nothing but conscientous and warm. Dr. Robinson does not listen to her patients concerns. Dr. Robinson does not listen or take the advice of other doctors. Dr. Robinson acts as if she is omnipotent. more
