I actually liked shopping there but i took lots of boxes over to her that I was wanting to sell and just because she found 2 sweters in one of the boxes she told me to take my box...

Longevity and selective products! 9/27/2012

The consignment shop has been there for 18 years while so many have come and gone. Robin is selective because her shop is small so she has to pick items that are in new condition and are current styles. If she didn't she wouldn't sell as much as she does. I love seeing the windows change and look forward to visiting with her. She has brought a great, sustainable business into Gresham for so many years! more

I tottally agree with debbie 11/28/2010

I actually liked shopping there but i took lots of boxes over to her that I was wanting to sell and just because she found 2 sweters in one of the boxes she told me to take my boxes back to my car that she did not have time to go through my stuff. she told me she wanted all summer stuff and it was and just over 2 sweaters she had a fit! she was really rude about yhe was she told me to take my stuff back to the car she just turned away and started doing something else. an ither lady that was shopping there looked at me she allso noticed how rude she was to me I was so mad I just wanted to cry. not because she turned my stuff away but the way she did it and all over two sweaters. Id have to say she is really bitchy. more

Great service all around 10/28/2010

I have to say that I disagree with Debbie V. I have been going to Robin's Walk-In Closet for about 12 years. It is always busy, and many of my friends go there. She offers so much variety in a small space, but I almost always find what I am looking for. Not always, but then again, I don't always find what I am looking for at Fred Meyers either. The customer service has always been great, and all the people that come in seem like they are friends not just customers. It's that kind of service that have kept me coming back time and again. ~Becky P. more

Decent merchandise... poor customer service 12/22/2005

As a consignment store, Robin's Closet has a nice variety of children and women's clothing. What she lacks in is quantity. Her merchandising is excellent and all of her best stuff is out front or on the windows. Where she is deficient is in customer service. I have observed outspoken rude behavior and an unwillingness to see the customer's perspective. I have talked to many others in Gresham who have had the exact same experience. Given that, I would proceed with caution if you plan to buy or sell merchandise there. more
