Started with Robertson in July, 2009, paid for 3 months. In August they billed me again. In August I called twice because they didn't pick up on trash day. In September, I called every Thursday of the month because they never picked up on Wednesday, the trash day.\r
A clerk in the office on my last call said she would give me a credit and specially tag my account for pickup. The following Wednesday, the trash was left again.\r
This company has become a monopoly as they've bought up the smaller companies that provided good service. Now they're big and are totally unorganized and toally inefficient.\r
