poor service from the get go...I needed 6 batteries for the rv, called was told he would order them, which I assume he did, and would call me back when they arrived and bring the rv down. its been a week since I spoke with him and still no call back. guess they don't want the job. funny too cause I used them 4 years ago when needed batteries and they had great service and customer friendly. don't know what went wrong. they could of told me from the get go they didn't want my business...... more

went there to get emissions done waited about an hr drove car in and then said cant do it cause its lowered...I told them it was lowered form the get go..all he had to was roll the car few more inches foward so the camera can read plate...he said i cant do this too much time i got 5 people waiting,,wtf...went down the street to a shop on woodmont rd they took it in guy was really friendly and clean had it done in 5 minutes...\r sometimes these shops wont take the xtra minute to satisfy a customer..to me bad biz more

Horrible 8/23/2010

We have parked our car in the same spot at my grandmothers for the oyster festival well this year roberts decided to tow my vechile and my friends off of private property with out any verification from the home owner if the cars were acctually trespassing or not. My family has used Roberts for many years. The staff has always treated my mother with respect and has always given her excellent service on her Saab 9000. When I took over the car, they inspected the car and took care of any issues that might give me a problem while I drove from Connecticut to Georgia. I highly recommend them. more

Rip off!! sweet talks but quotes high labor rates 10/7/2007

This place is a rip off. They don't allow you to buy your own parts and says he puts only dealer parts but buys them from a local parts shop. He charged me 180 bucks for a crankshaft pulley whereas it was available ion the market for 130 bucks and charged me 2 hrs of labor whereas it takes just an hour to replace the pulley. It cost me $420 to replace the pulley whereas at some other place it would have cost me just $220. more
