I am not a hard to please customer but recently I had the worst haircut from the salon owner Robert. I asked him to keep it long with layers but ended up with short hair with layers around my face so short they look like newly grown hairs. You couldn't make someone look more ridiculous even if you tried! He didn't just cut my hair 7"" off instead of 1-2"" like I asked, he kept cutting as if trying to fix a mistake. Then he used comb scissors to 'thin the ends' which totally ruined my ends, I have no way to recover because he had cut it so short. I can't believe this is a salon hair cut especially fr. the owner of the salon, one would think they'd have SOME skills. Totally unappealing, Robert is a less than mediocre hairstylist. I DO NOT recommend this salon. more
