Robert's Technician finally arrived, I had to wait six days for this appointment.\r He then told me that our pool heat pump wasn't as important as other customers with A/C problems (in their houses.) And I would have to re-schedule.\r \r I called Mike the General Manager only to be told the same?\r Made another call to a private A/C guy and he came within two hours and filled the heat pump up with refrigerant.\r I DO NOT RECOMMEND ""ROBERT REFRIGERATION""\r \r more

Robert's did a great job! 10/17/2011

I recently called Kenny to fix a disaster created by another local A/C company. We had a a zoning system that was supposed to allows each room to have its own temperature. It never worked from the start. I was so mad, I ready to get a whole new system. I called Robert Refrigeration on a friends recommendation, and can't believe what great service I got. The whole problem took them a little over an hour to diagnose and fix! No new system, it was poorly wired circuit board. I would recommend them to anyone. more
