Wonderful Group!! 10/25/2011

We have been going to Dr. Hanson's office for several years now and have always had a WONDERFUL experience! Now that I am taking my kids here, I truly appreciate their kindness and patience! Dr. Hanson and all the staff of the office make coming to the dentist, even for a 6 year old, a pleasant experience! Dr. Hanson is very personable and when my son told him he was going to be a skeleton for halloween, he brought in 2 different skulls to show him their teeth! My son thought that was pretty cool! Thanks to Dr. Hanson and all his staff for making going to the dentist and great experience for myself and my children! more

How can spending $1000 at a dentist be enjoyable? 10/21/2011

How can having someone force your mouth open for an hour and a half, poke with sharp tools, use a drill for extended periods of time - grinding away at my aging teeth, the procedure costing $1000! - be enjoyable?!!! It can because Bob and his staff are people, helping other people. The most impressive thing about the whole visit was not that Dr. Hanson is a skilled dentist (although of course he is) but that there was such wonderful assistance, especially from Emily. What a perfect skilled team. From the warm, professional greeting to the setting up another appointment as I left, there was that continual relaxed, protective feeling of a family caring people doing what they are supposed to do. I wish every encounter with other situations where someone is providing a product or service was as easy and successful. more

Outstanding Service! 10/19/2011

Dr. Hanson's staff were extremely courteous and professional. Kim took a lot of time making sure x-rays, photos, etc. were correct to provide information for Dr. Hanson. Dr. Hanson was very professional and offered options for further service and was very open for any questions. Best dentist I have been to. more

Best Dental :Office fever 10/14/2011

When I first started seeing Dr Hanson I really, really, really, really hated dental visits. I still don't look forward to them, but I don't mind them. Everyone is so nice and are concerned about not hurting you. They really put one at ease. Keep up the good work!!!! more

Great Service 10/14/2011

Dr. Hanson and his assistant was wonderful. I was very nervous the day I went in for my crown. He told me what he was doing each time and she answered all my questions, even how weird the may have been to her. See you all soon! Also Angela has been awesome to work with! I would not been able to have the work done if it was not for her working with us. more

I loved the new sandblaster! 10/12/2011

Everyone in the office is so nice and helpful. They know me by name and always act happy to see me and my family. Total of 6 of us go see Dr. Hanson and have always been happy with him. Yesterday he did a small filling on me and did not need to give me a shot. Used a sandblaster!! Worked great and fast. I was in and out of the office within 30 minutes! Thanks Dr. Hanson!! You are awesome!! more

office visit plus 10/11/2011

I had a regular office visit for cleaning, but I also had a cap come off one of my back tooth. Dr. Hanson and his staff made the necssary time to put the cap back on without any problems. Muchly appreciated more

Compassionate dentist 10/5/2011

I have been a patient of Dr. Hanson's for many years. The staff is friendly and do a great job with cleanings. Dr. Hanson has state of the art technology in the office. The view of nature and birds from the patient chair make for a relaxing experience. I love the new office! I would recommend him to anyone looking for a family dentist who is trustworthy. more

Onlay or Cap 10/3/2011

Was surprised to learn that not all work would be done in a single visit and thought I heard that instead on an onlay that I would be receiving a cap...? This is the third repair on this tooth - that last was 2007 (4 years). Is this normal? Should I plan on repairs every 4 years? more

I have been a patient of Dr. Hanson for many years. He and his staff have always been kind, caring, and professional. When an emergency arises, they will do everything in their power to "fit you in" their schedule. All of the restorative work that I have had done has always been flawless. Dr. Hanson and his staff really care about you and take a great deal of pride in their work. The friendly atmosphere puts you immediately at ease. I highly recommend this office! more
