I have been shopping at Robert Marc forever. Ask for Raul (I followed him from the East Side store to the West Side store), he's the best. Raul is patient, honest, stylish, but not pushy. He will gladly adjust pair after pair of eyeglasses as often as you want. The West Side store has a wonderful selection of frames for prescription glasses and sunglasses. I always end up with a pair of glasses I love and consistently receive tons of complements. Robert Marc and Raul - change the way you see the world! outstanding product service and design 2/22/2006

I cant say enough about robert marc - he and his associated really know eyeglass design and fashion I have been complemented more than ever with people even telling me that i look 20 years younger!! Simply the best 11/25/2004

I have been shopping at Robert Marc Opticians for many years. Last year I got lazy, thought I could get away more inexpensively and went to a local place. NEVER AGAIN. That salesman kept positioning my head oddly and made the progression in my lenses at the wrong level. Robert Marc has the best service and the absolutely coolest frames. The staff is honest and extremely helpful. They even fixed the glasses I got somewhere else. The old adage is true----you get what you pay for. Pros: Service, Chic, Honest more

A little pricey, but you get more than what you pay for in both quality and exceptional service. I have never been disappointed with the glasses I've had made here. Always, always the best. Pros: great staff, hip selection, excellent service Cons: limited selection, a little pricey, no other con more
