I had a mommy makeover done by Dr Cohen and the only thing I regret is not having it done sooner. My results are way better than what I expected . On my first consultation he answered all my questions and was able to tell me what kind of results I could expect , him and his staff are very professional, kind and they make you feel really safe , i knew I was gonna be taken care of really well. On the day of the surgery the nurse, anesthesiologist and Dr Cohen made me feel so confortable that I wasn't even nervous I just knew that everything was gonna be fine. Dr. Cohen and his staff are top notch! I had considered breast augmentation for almost 10 years but was nervous about the procedure and the process. Bri, Cassy, and Mary were incredibly helpful and patient with my many questions. The comfort and ease I felt in the office was a large part of my decision to go with Dr. Cohen. Dr. Cohen himself was excellent in answering my questions and taking time to ensure he understood the results I was looking for. He and his staff made themselves available to me anytime I needed to call and I felt very comfortable with all of them in helping me through the process. In fact I still feel comfortable enough, months after the procedure, to call them anytime I may have questions. The surgical staff were also incredible and so kind. The nurse and anesthesiologist who took care of me pre-op were very comforting and made me feel at ease the entire time I was in their care. The facility was clean and comfortable but it was the people that really made it a good experience for me. I would recommend Dr. Cohen to anyone who was considering plastic surgery. He is methodical in his prep and procedure and is a perfectionist (all great things in a plastic surgeon). At the same time he will not let your expectations be anything outside of what is realistically possible. He is honest and straightforward and really listens when you explain what it is you want to see as a result of your procedure. Unlike some of the other surgeons I met with before deciding to choose Dr. Cohen, he helped me understand what results were possible with my body type instead of simply saying yes to my questions and letting me expect things that were not possible. I was referred to Dr. Cohen through one of my friends I previoiusly had a breast Augmentation in 2006 by a different dr. in town who ended up doing a horrible job! I had been so un happy with the augmentaion for many years. The minute I stepped into Dr. Cohen's office I felt very welcome and at ease. Dr. Cohen sat me down and explained every single detail of what he could do, what he suggested, and the outcome I could expect to have. I felt so much more informed about what I was doing so I scheduled my surgery before I left his office! I was going in for a new breast augmentation along with a breast lift. Pretty extensive surgery. When the surgery was done I was so worried that the pain would be unbearable; I am pleased to say it was not. Dr. Robert Cohen and his staff at the Scottsdale Center for Plastic Surgery are beyond compare. \r \r The decision to undergo an elective surgery for me was one of the most difficult decisions. To be completely honest, I never thought that I would have ever even considered it. However, after having breastfed my two children each for a little over year, my breasts were completely deflated and my sense of femininity was obsolete. \r \r When choosing a surgeon, it is extremely important to pick a surgeon that is board-certified, well rounded; you feel comfortable, confident in his/her abilities and can fully trust. I immediately felt that with Dr Cohen. Dr. Cohen is a brilliant surgeon and his bedside manner is impeccable! He is board-certified, has undergone rigorous training with the best plastic surgeons in the world, and uses the most advance techniques. He uses board-certified anesthesiologists, highly skilled nurses, and a state of the art facility for all of his procedures. In addition, his attention to detail, genuine compassion, perfectionist nature, and his natural ability to communicate and listen are admirable! Given all of his many qualities and my past experience with Dr. Cohen, I knew that he was the plastic surgeon for me.\r \r I was fortunate enough to meet Dr. Cohen for the first time in 2006. My boyfriend at the time was in a tragic accident, and we were blessed to have had Dr. Cohen on call that night. I can remember it like it was yesterday. My boyfriend's brother, cousin and I were first at the hospital, and Dr. Cohen and the attending ER/Trauma doctor came in to the waiting room to discuss what was going on with him. The trauma doctor began to go down a laundry list of injuries that he sustained, including a complete scalp avulsion, bilateral (double) pneumothorax (collapsed lung), broken neck, multiple broken ribs, and the list goes on and on. The second that the trauma doctor stated that my boyfriend was probably not going to make it, I completely tuned out. As he was finishing up discussing the situation, my boyfriends parents arrived to the hospital and the trauma doctor said that he was not going to repeat himself, and that we could just explain the situation ourselves to his parents, as he needed to get back to work. While I understood, I was completely speechless. Dr. Cohen immediately stepped up, took us all into a private room and began to reiterate what the trauma doctor discussed. It was at that moment that I knew how special Dr. Cohen was. Later on that night Dr. Cohen spent hours reconstructing his head. His work was unreal! Looking at the before and after pictures, it is amazing how talented Dr. Cohen truly is! \r \r When I decided to undergo my breast augmentation, I knew that I would only follow through with the procedure if Dr. Cohen was performing it. On the day of surgery, I had no hesitation, as I knew that I was in the absolutely best hands. My surgery was flawless! I had minimal bruising, swelling, and pain, and the results are perfect. \r \r He and his staff are beyond compare! From the moment you walk into his office, you feel at ease. The entire surgical processes from consultation to recovery, Dr. Cohen and his staff (Cassie, Bri, Mary) make every effort to make you feel like you are their one and only patient. I chose Dr Cohen to perform cosmetic surgery for my Gynecomastia and I am very happy with the results, in fact I wish I had done it years ago. From my initial consultation to my final follow up visit he and his staff were nothing short of wonderful. At my initial consultation Dr Cohen and I went over the different options I had in regards to treating my Gynecomastia, he explained how both surgical and nonsurgical solutions would work. I felt so comfortable after that consultation that I decided to go ahead with the surgery. I had a second pre-surgery consultation where Dr Cohen took some photos of my chest and then provided me with some material of things I would need at home post-surgery and some post -surgical vitamins. A few weeks later I had my surgery, the staff once again made me feel at ease while I waited to go into surgery. After surgery there was some soreness, which was obviously expected but not as bad as I imagined, I was walking around the house that night and the next day I was able to resume some normal activities. The soreness lasted a several weeks but greatly diminished after the first two days and I felt a little less sore every day. I needed to wear a compression shirt until my final consultation but that was no big deal, you couldn't tell I had it on under my shirt and after a while I didn't even notice it. To sum it up, I made the right choice in both getting the surgery and having Dr Cohen perform it. I would advise anyone who is tnking of going though with the surgery to contact him as you will not regret it more

Almost a year after I had my son I decided to have a breast augmentation an when you decide to undergo any medical procedure you deserve to have the best surgeon with the best staff! And lets face it plastic surgery is becoming extremely common in today but choosing the right plastic surgeon isn't like shopping for the bargain brands on the latest fashions!! -haha- or at least it shouldn't be! I searched ALL over the Internet and even looked at surgeons in nearby states to find the perfect one who I would feel confident in, in achieving the exact look I wanted. I'm small framed and a young mom so I wanted a full, natural teardrop shape that fit my frame! Lots of surgeons would have this on maybe 5 patients on their 25 patient portfolio. My standpoint on that was OK, they have hopefully performed more then 25 procedures and these are probably the best jobs they have to show... which wasn't very comforting.. When I found Scottsdale Center for Plastic Surgery, Dr. Robert Cohen's website I was amazed by his portfolio! He has pages upon pages of fantastic work!! I honestly couldn't talk my self or my husband into compromising with any one else. I made a consultation and the office girls where so sweet and speedy on getting me seen and even told me that I could bring my son if i needed too! After meeting Dr. Cohen I definitely knew I couldn't go any where else and feel as comfortable as I did! He explained everything to us about breast augmentations, pros, cons, other options, types, shapes, size, incision methods, recovery time, and mostly what I was trying to achieve!! After that we went to a separate room with Mary, Shes awesome and with financial, he took measurements explained that with my skin he would suggest a full C cup and a circumareola mastoplexy because I had significant asymmetry which i never really realized. He gave us the option of trying to do a crescent lift to make the nipples as even as possible and if it wasn't going to work to work then he would do the mastoplexy. We then talked to Mary about medical Financing and we got a great 60 month low interest rate plan with very reasonable min. monthly payments! 3 weeks later was the Post-op appointment to finalize everything and go over the procedure and other options again and also my warranty!! YES they have a 10 yr Warranty!!! The day of surgery I was a bundle of nervous but once I saw Dr. Cohen I was completely at ease! He has the most comforting nature about him which takes away any worries! The anesthesiologist and nurse were both amazing and couldn't have taken any better care of me!! We did do the mastoplexy but I'm soo Happy we did!!! They look AMAZING!! I didn't have any bruising, hardly any swelling, and I was back to being able to take care of 1yr old with out pain about 4 weeks after!! I'm a 32D and I LOVE them! People are always trying to figure out if their real or fake and i feel that's the best compliment you can get for them! I could go on and on about how perfect my experience with Dr. Cohen and his staff was but You'll have the same amazing experience I did and I'm so happy you've found truely the best Plastic Surgeon out there to make you feel and look your best ever!! Pregnancy for me was never easy; pre-maturity, bed rest, gestational diabetes, you name it. Even though I have two wonderful children and it all seemed worth it, I would still look into the mirror and not see me. Instead, I saw a body ravaged by carrying straight out and breastfeeding, someone I didn’t recognize. I felt constant soreness in my breasts after feeding my children took them from a C to a EE and no matter how hard I tried exercising, my belly just stayed at 5 months pregnant. It took a long time to come to the decision that I deserved to feel good about myself and that pregnancy took me beyond what I could do for myself and that plastic surgery could truly help me. Having a mommy makeover was the best decision I have ever made for my body and myself. I don’t think anyone could have carried me through the process like Dr. Cohen and his staff. My experience at Scottsdale Center for Plastic Surgery was amazing. Everyone was so nice and there was always someone available to answer my questions and concerns. One of the most important things I can say about my experience is that I was never at any moment even the slightest bit nervous or scared. As my surgery date got closer everyone would also ask me if I was getting nervous and I would always say no. I thought for sure that naturally I would be nervous the day of my surgery but I was surprisingly very calm. It was then that I realized that I was never nervous because I had nothing to be nervous about. I was so comfortable with Dr. Cohen and confident that I was going to walk out of there completely satisfied with my results that I never had to worry. I have had consults with many plastic surgeons over the past 15 years and I can honestly say, Dr. Cohen is the absolute BEST surgeon you will ever be privileged to meet.
