I can't even give this place 1 star! My relative was discharged from a hospital to this place to "recouperate" after almost dieing a week before. When we dropped him off, the building, the sign looked nothing like the hospital described, or even their website showed. It looks run down and dilapitated. Upon entering, no one greeted us (even thought there was a man at a desk behind a window). Four or five workers passed us, never acknowledging we were standing there.
