The owner was friendly initially but fell terribly short for servicing his warranted work. We have a new Heat/Air 410A SEER16 3-ton System. The installation date was 2 July 2010. 1 Aug 2010 the unit is no longer cooling the home. Call for servicing was placed 3 Aug but got no-show/no-calls. 9 Aug I finally called another company for service. $204 for diagnostic and 2 pounds of Puron. Technician stated a loose connection at the Compressor filter and advised that I get the installing company to repair the issue or lose will continue. My calls to Robbins Renovations continue to this day, 24 Aug 2010 and I only had one visit for Puron recharge and a promise to return and replace faulty filter. I have had nothing but un-returned calls, no answers, voice mail box full. This has been a hot summer and my wife, six (6) year old and two (2) old have to sleep in the Master bed room with several fans for some kind of comfort. This company was great in front until it received payment. Stay clear!!
