Last year I paid up front for services and added other services, at first. Several times I overheard the staff (skin care, receptionist, laser hair removal) gossiping about and making fun of their clientele. Of course, I wasn't surprised when it appeared they were doing the same with me as well. The relief I felt when I finally finished the services I had pre-paid was overwhelming. These women are amazingly immature. more

Billing Deptment does not tell truth. 1/31/2011

I needed surgery, called my local medical center, thought the price was to high. Called around for best prices. I was quoted different prices around Des Moines area. The cheapest was Surgery Center Of Des Moines West. After the surgery I recieved my bill. It was double there first quote, they would not honor the first quoted price, I paid the high bill on my credit card, very unfair. I will never use there service again. Get everything in writing with them, or better yet, stay away from them. more

NEVER AGAIN!!! 12/11/2008

My son had surgery to put tubes in his ears at the Surgery Center. They said the surgery went well, but he spent 9 days in intensive care because of an infection cause by poor sterilization procedures in the operating area. DO NOT TRUST ANYONE YOU CARE ABOUT WITH THIS PLACE!!! Please don't be one that says these are things that happen to other people like I did. Read the reviews, this place should be out of business.
