Ordered $4000 worth of furniture, which was promised to be delivered in 6 weeks time. After not hearing from the salesperson when the order was due within the next week, we called the store. We were told that the furniture had not even been shipped from the manufacturer in China (another surprise) and would not be delivered for at least 10 more weeks. Very poor customer service for a ""high - end"" (high dollar) store. I cannot recommend Robb & Stucky.
